Koshari Lights
Elegantly broke
Always intrigued by repetition and the mesmerizing and completely unpredictable outcomes it produces, i delved into this mini experiment.
This is a side lamp made out of Koshari plates stuck back to back with an electricity wire going through.Koshari, is the traditional staple food for Egyptians, composed of rice, lentils, fried onions, pasta, and heavenly tomato sauce that ties it all together. They are often served in these metal places for their affordable prices and their easy to clean.
Taken out of its context and adorned by a silk lamp cover and some light and we get this.
