BCIU's Asian Studies Collaborative program provides Chinese language learning to our 18 school districts and surrounding community. I'm lucky enough to be able to brand ASC and market all their efforts. Part of the program is the STARTALK summer camp which has grown in numbers for the last several years. Berks County high school students attend this camp for free for 2 weeks every summer.
