In my little free time I'm testing new techniques to make botanical illustrations.
My sources of inspiration for these drawings are Jacopo Ligozzi's artwork and
English botanical art of 18th and 19th century.
I've always loved the the contrast between the vivid color palette and the old yellow paper;
I tried to achieve that result mixing the mediums I have (liquid acrilyc and pencil) in a different way,
on a different kind of paper.
I hope you enjoy the result!
