Customized skin care device design

‘My own small customized cosmetics factory’ that uses active chips containing key active ingredients to provide a variety of skin care solutions tailored to users’ changing skin concerns every day.

Cosmetics that deteriorate over time

- Conventional cosmetics, when stored in liquid form, can become contaminated over time. To address this issue, we have solidified the formulation, separating it from water. This ensures that the formulation remains uncontaminated and maintains its freshness even as time passes.

The active chip containing a solidified formulation instead of a liquid one.

- In contrast to conventional liquid cosmetics, which are typically preserved in liquid form, the active chip preserves its ingredients in a solidified form. This helps prevent ingredient degradation and contamination. Additionally, the active chip can utilize a small amount of water from the cartridge to produce cosmetics on the spot. Through this process, consumers can always have fresh cosmetics at their disposal.

Producing fresh cosmetics in small quantities tailored to varying skin conditions.

- When using active chips to manufacture cosmetics, an amount sufficient for two weeks is extracted. This allows for the production of cosmetics tailored to various skin conditions, using a variety of active chips containing different ingredients and formulations.

Hinge mechanism for door operation

- The hinge is designed with a large pivot axis to enable smooth opening and closing of the door, while ensuring that the hinge is completely concealed when the door is shut. This design provides smooth operation when opening and closing the door, while also maintaining a neat appearance.

LED UI providing usage sequence and current progress information

- We have implemented a design that visualizes grass and created a user interface that allows users to intuitively understand the current tasks they need to perform.
