Happiness Camp is Europe’s largest corporate happiness conference, providing a full-day experience centered around fostering joy and well-being in the workplace.

As part of the event, Bavaroise was invited by Lionesa to create an installation art at the Smile Hub, the space after the event entrance.

This installation served as a wake-up call for those engrossed in the hustle and bustle of daily life, often neglecting their own happiness and well-being.

The signalling object retained its original purpose but was reimagined to draw attention to ‘traces of happiness’ scattered along the ground. These traces are manifested through a series of vibrant and festive objects.

Designed as a walkable pathway, the installation invited visitors to engage physically and emotionally, reminding them that happiness should be a daily pursuit.

Fun fact: Hundreds of people interacted with the art pieces, took selfies, some lay down on the ground, others were curious and picked up “traces of happiness”, and even threw them into the air. However, the ultimate compliment came when two art pieces and a quite number of colorful and festive objects were stolen by the end of the night. There’s nothing more valuable than happiness, we conclude.
