Watching the sun go around in a circle has been high on my priority list for a long time. My dad looked up towns above the arctic circle and found Barrow, Alaska, the most north you can go in America. It seemed so foriegn. This is my exploration of Barrow in 2 days.
Whales are a massive part of the native culture.
People clean out their freezers filled wtih caribou to make room for whale meat. The meat is put on the outskirts of town for the polar bears.
