Marsh Spinney – Urban Design

 

Working within planning I have had the opportunity to help construct indicative Urban Design layouts, this project being set in Northampton. Three conceptual designs were submitted to the client for thoughts and amendments. The land compromising of 145 new dwellings of which 40 would be in the affordable housing scheme, a health care centre and a care home. Public consultation was held with this application.
