Concept for a new food chain
The "A Tavola" concept starts from the data that a lot of people don't like to eat in a food chain bacause of the fact that they are not sure about what they are eating. Nowadays is difficult to link a fast food with the idea of health and genuinity and that's way A Tavola takes the mission to rejoin people and "eat well" during the lunch break in everyday routine.
The concept, and the logo too, would underline the idea of eating in a familiar place, with simple but very healthy courses prepared specially with Slow Food Certified Ingredients and studied by the chefs to give people the right amount of energy for the rest of the day. The menus are divided into colors categories, ordered by organolectic proprieties but also concerning the espressionistic theories.
The interior design of the restaurant focused on simple and eco-friendly materials, for example paper and bamboo, and glass, in order to underline the concept of transparency and visibility between customers and chefs.
