Before commencing this project, it was imperative to evaluate the intersection between customer needs and RoadTrooper's business objectives to ensure its success.
Through a series of consultations, we worked closely with RoadTrooper to identify the strategy and overarching direction for this new venture.
03 | The Solution

Over the course of a few years, I gradually delivered more than 400 designs. Each time a decision was required regarding a new batch of designs, we engaged in detailed discussions with RoadTrooper. The final decision was always based on a comprehensive assessment of store analytics, the latest design trends, market trends, and the preferences of RoadTrooper's customers.
