A John Wick illustration study using Procreate. I really loved how the first John Wick movie used colors and shapes to set the tone of a scene. This is a pretty intense moment in a fight where he looks a man in the eyes as he stabs him, however, the use of red and blue amplify and yet diminish its intensity. Using brushes with texture I tried to be close to realism without hitting it and still have an illustrative loose look to the drawing.
