DAI Noir employee resource group is celebrating US Black History Month with a bold theme of "Black Resistance." For this special event, they requested DAI Creative team's assistance in creating social media post, and assembling a resource guides examining resistance in its many forms and why it is something to honor and celebrate.
About the Art Direction:
DAI Noir has bestowed upon their celebration a more encompassing purpose: to honor self-love, expression, and community - an ideal expressed through our empowering visuals, which embrace peaceful pink hues alongside warm, vibrant tones reminiscent of Hip Hop culture and African patterns fabric. Handwritten font serves as a reminder for historic protest signs that have united people on many powerful marches toward change.

DAI Noir is an Affinity, Advisory, Advocacy Employee Ressource group for DAI employees to elevate the experiences and voices of those with African ancestry.
Originally an organic network of DAI employees seeking a support system as they navigate a predominately white organization and industry, DAI Noir fosters community among corporate and project office staff and offers advisory services to DAI senior leadership to ensure our company shapes a more livable world and workplace for employees of African ancestry through bold anti-racism and inclusion strategies.
