    1. The first sitemap revealed confusion in the CUSTOMER ACCOUNT section and the NAVIGATION was too complicated. 2. The NAVIGATION was reduced to 5 TABS. The ACCOUNTS section was reorganized to streamline the paths to logged-in account pages. The PDF files were removed from the WATER section. A Mission/History page was combined and elevated along with the Leadership page in the ABOUT section. Branch Locations and Social Media information were sent to the CONTACT page. The FOOTER was simplified to SITEMAP, PRIVACY and DISCLAIMER. 3. New pages were added (Update Information, Confirmation) as the Customer Account section was clarified. MAIN NAVIGATION labels were changed to: HOME, RESIDENTIAL CUSTOMERS, COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS, WATER, ABOUT US, CONTACT. The HOME PAGE gained a SUBNAV and a SIDEBAR area in order to more easily guide the user to the most useful pages. 4. The main navigation menu and it’s submenus are displayed, divided by logged in or logged out states. Read Less
