The building consists of four functional blocks separated from each other by fire-resistant slabs and walls: underground parking, above-ground parking, a shopping center and a fitness center.
The shape of the building is determined by the triangular shape of the site. On the side of the streets, there are large stained glass windows at ground level so that the urban environment is visually connected to the interior of the building. Above ground level is a parking lot with no windows. The building is located on a slope, so the entrance on the north side is one floor higher than the south entrance.

As the lead architect, I developed the concept, design documentation and working documentation, as well as the BIM model. During the course of the work, I interacted with the structural engineer and HVAC to find the best solutions.
I combined the position of lead architect and BIM manager, developing BEP and solving practical modeling problems. To automate the assignment of classifier codes, I developed a program using Python and Dynamo, which, based on a user-friendly Excel table, assigns codes to elements according to user-specified criteria. Also complex families were created for the project.
