Facades of children outpatient hospital

In 2020, I prepared two versions of the facade concept for a children's clinic in Siberia. As input, I was provided with plan layout diagrams from a medical technologist and a land plan. In the course of work, I created a model of the building in Revit, gave recommendations for planning in terms of fire safety standards, made adjustments for the building to land on the terrain, for which I rearranged the stairwells.
The first option assumes windows of the minimum size, for energy saving. The third technical floor has no windows at all and is designed to accommodate engineering equipment.
The second option presented below is modified according to the wishes of the customer. The windows are made larger, the color accent of the third floor is excluded. A garage for ambulances has also been added in the inner corner of the building.
