Dormitory for seasonal workers
Lipetsk region, built in 2020.
As lead architect, I developed architectural solutions for two identical hotel-type buildings with associated infrastructure to accommodate seasonal workers. Each building is a three-story heated building, rectangular in plan, with dimensions of 68.4x15.2 m, located in two instances on site. The constructive scheme of the building is longitudinal-wall. The height of the building is 9.2 m to the top of the parapet of the outer walls. The roof is flat with a slope of 1.5 ... 2% to the drain funnels, covered with rolled waterproofing materials. Bearing walls are made of aerated concrete blocks D500 on glue, strength class B3.5. The foundation is made of solid concrete blocks. The floor of the building is a reinforced concrete slab laid on the ground.
