"Methodically, students will explore 7 structural typographic systems to create compositions that are typographically organized. Through this exercise, they will understand the essential visual organizational systems and be able to organize words, graphic elements, and images within a structure. Additional criteria such as hierarchy, order, legibility, and contrast will be considered.

Once the series of exercises are complete, students will combine their compositions and design a Typographic Layout Systems Handbook"
