Set to rival the likes of Trust Pilot and Feefo, Reviewo launched as a revolutionary, verified customer review platform. The site focussed around customer engagement and resolving negative experiences via impartial mediation.
The mediation feature struck a chord with business owners striving to provide the best possible customer experience, while publicly reflecting their efforts to do so on the Reviewo platform.
In addition to the traditional score out of 5, businesses were offered the capability to track scores for other key metrics, such as price, quality, delivery and website.
