The My Zen mobile app was created with a view to allow customers to become more self sufficient; the aim was to reduce customer reliance on Zen call centre teams and provide alternative methods of out of hours support.
The app features push-notifications to alert customers of any local service outages and provides help guides and diagnostic tools for troubleshooting connectivity issues.
Customers are able to view their account / service details and monitor their current broadband and phone usage via the app, as well as drill-down into historic data.
The app received early praise during it's beta phase and will likely launch Spring 2017.
