Seventh Heaven Branding

Nature and luxury combine at Seventh Heaven, the new luxury apartments and exclusive community in Al Barari. Seventh Heaven prides itself on being an oasis in the desert and what better way to make a brandmark using a vibrant, flourishing Bird of Paradise flower. The Bird of Paradise flower symbolises joyfulness and magnificence, much like Seventh Heaven is a state of extreme happiness. The architecture of the flower is a nod to the clean and beautiful architecture and interiors of the Seventh Heaven building. The stem is a clever nod to the brand name as well.

Seventh Heaven required both a corporate and floorplan brochure and a container to hold both pieces in. To reflect Seventh Heaven’s lush and green environment in the desert, the container is stark, white and minimalist. Once you open the container, the brochure and floorplan cover is a macro shot of a water drop: green and full of life and color. Instead of a regular page- by page floorplan, gradients and a binding screw were used so one can fan out the floorplans like a flower.
