Systra is a worldwide company, born in 1957. With more than 7300 employees, Systra provides Engineering and Advise services in the field of mobility. The company is specialized in urban mobilities and rail industry.
— Issues and project goals
The company suffers of a too complex ecosystem of websites : too many different CMS are used, we too many ways of editing websites. That leads to great pains to maintain the ecosystem. Also, the brand territory is affected because no global strategy is set, and the ecosystem of website shows no "group effect". All this brings to a confusion about what is the job of Systra, and which companies belongs (or not) to the group.

3 goals are set to bring an answer to these issues :
• Modernize Systra brand perception through a new digital ecosystem
• Unify the ways of editing websites by building a websites factory
• Introduce the culture of thinking for the users (in opposition of the full corporate culture)
— Responsibilities
• Animated the "personae building" workshop
• Defined the project art direction
• Realized the Gutenberg design, and the related style guides
• Managed design presentations
• Managed the creative briefing to the tech team and the front-end integration reviews
