Elephant Healthcare - 1 Million Patients Milestone
T-Shirt Design
Elephant Healthcare is a global health technology company founded and led by doctors, which partners with governments to build financially viable health systems across Sub-Saharan Africa, Middle East and South Asia. They are currently live in Kenya, Ghana, Nigeria, Lebanon and most recently Pakistan.
Within two years, Elephant OS registered 1 million patients by July 2022. They wanted to commission a piece of artwork to stand as a symbol of all the hard work the team has put into the company thus far as well as the communities involved .

Initial Line and Color Sketch of Chosen Design
The client preferred this design which is a unified symbol of the key cultures they mostly work with and a testament of the positive effects of their organization. Emphasis is on the aesthetics, which are in play through use of patterns, facial identities, activities and colors.
Color and Design Variations
The variations applied brand identity through use of their color scheme and the stethoscope to represent the healthcare system.
Final Design for Print
The design developed to have softer color scheme which is preferred in the medical field while ensuring the different personalities were more distinct but harmonious in the composition.
