1. FISH
Starting off with the official Inktober prompts today!!! The prompt for Day 1 is FISH and I chose to draw this cichlid softly blowing bubbles!
2. WISP
I know that according to the official Inktober website today's prompt WISP is a small, thin or twisted bunch, piece or amount of something, however I chose to interpret this one as a will o' wisp! Like from Disney's Brave!
The idea of magical wisps of light that guide you through the woods has always been fascinating to me! Hope you like my representation of it!
3. BULKY
Shattered mirror on the wall, who is the bulkiest of them all?
I'll admit that I was a little lost on what to draw for this prompt - but then I thought of the incredible Hulk and who is bulkier and more muscular than the Hulk? So there you have it, my submission for today's prompt, BULKY!
4. RADIO
Nostalgia is the word that comes to mind for this prompt, RADIO. We used to have an old Sony 2-in-1 radio with a cassette player at home so long ago - I used to pull magnetic tape out of the cassettes (I feel so old now XD)
This brought back a few good memories. Hope it does the same for you!

5. BLADE
Today's prompt is BLADE and I am so excited for this one!!! I drew Janai's Sunforged blade from The Dragon Prince - I watched the show recently and I have been dying to make some fanart. I took this as a chance to draw this badass weapon from the series!
6. RODENT
Cute field mouse under a toadstool for today's prompt, RODENT! Isn't he adorable!
7. FANCY
Thanks to everyone who helped me out with this one, you are lifesavers :") ! The most common response from you guys was 'fancy dress' and so I decided to go with that - and what's more fancy than black tie!
Hence my choice - the emperor penguin which has a natural tuxedo and needs only a few accoutrements to look fancy!

8. TEETH
I personally don't celebrate Halloween but October is still the spooky month and I thought I should pay tribute to it all the same. So here we are for today's prompt, TEETH - no one has a wider more toothy smile than a skull. Hope you like it!
9. THROW
"I'm just a guy... with a boomerang... I didn't ask for the flying... and magic"
As you can see today's prompt is THROW, and isn't it the greatest when what you throw comes back!
Also, Sokka is the best part of Avatar the Last Airbender and you can't tell me otherwise XD
10. HOPE
"Help me, Obi-Wan Kenobi. You're my only hope" - the opening scene of A New Hope seemed like the perfect fit for today's prompt, HOPE. Two of Starwar's MVPs sharing screen time!
11. DISGUSTING
The Harry Potter universe has no dearth of weird plant life but the worst of the lot were the Mimbulus Mimbletonia (covered in boils, which release Stinksap when the plant is prodded) and Bubotuber (source of the infamous bubotuber pus). Herbology must have been a nightmare at Hogwarts XD

Bambi on ice - today's prompt is SLIPPERY

I have it on good authority that the desert can be beautiful, but I have always perceived it as forbidding - today's prompt is DUNE and a more unimaginative interpretation of it you will not find XD

"En garde, you knave" - it's a little fencing duckling!
Today's prompt is ARMOUR (yes that's how it's actually spelt!) and I clearly like drawing cute baby animals too much XD (it turned out a bit like Psyduck though XD)

Remember those flying rock islands from Avatar (not the Airbender this time XD) I think they would make an amazing spot for an outpost (don't ask me how they would get down though XD)

I don't think I had a moment's hesitation about what I was going to draw for today's prompt, ROCKET!

It's a storm in a teacup! And today's prompt is STORM!! Geddit, geddit! Okay, I'll see myself out now XD

Dream is from The Sandman series by Neil Gaiman, and I would definitely recommend that you give it a read because it is brilliant! I drew him surrounded by poppies as they are traditionally linked to today's prompt SLEEP - and it kinda looks like Morpheus is enchanting the poppies XD
This was the hardest drawing I've attempted for Inktober so far and I'm glad it turned out satisfactory!
