Communication Material launching the initiative: 
MAZEEJ

MAZEEJ is an initiative that brings together 
a group of farmers and producers 
from different Lebanese regions 
producing Zaatar (Thyme) mixes and by-products
to improve the overall business environment 
of the Zaatar value chain.
In Arabic, MAZEEJ (مزيج) means blend or mixture. 
It has also a culinary connotation associated 
with the Famous Levantine Zaatar mix 
of Origanum Syriacum, Sesame, 
Sumac, Salt, and Olive Oil.

2. Brand Identities and Packaging Design 
Before diving into the communication material, my main role was to create brand identities for 10 food enterprises and design labels and packaging for 20+ delicious artisanal food innovations from different parts of Lebanon all using Zaatar (Thyme).
It was an exciting journey visiting and listening to the stories of this great community of producers.
