We fell in love with this place at first sight. Few months before meeting a Cosmos Client a part of the team went for an expedition to the village of Tukhlia. This location immediately caught our sight. Heather bloomed all around and everything looked purple. We were delighted and started to brainstorm and imagine how cool it would be to design a house in this cosmos place. Very soon our Cosmos Hero appeared, just as much in love with this place as we are.

Ми закохались у місце із першого погляду. За декілька місяців до знайомства із Космічним Замовником частина команди вирушила у експедицію, в Тухлю. Ділянка одразу нам запам’яталась. Навкруги цвів верес і усе було покрито бузковим кольором. Ми були в захваті і почали брейнштормити та уявляти, як круто — запроектувати будинок на цьому космічному місці. І вже зовсім скоро з’явився він — наш Космічний Герой, так само сильно закоханий в це місце.
The house is hidden and visible at the same time. We chose the house to be U-shaped due to the relief and climate conditions. The necessity to create a closed safe internal space was powered by wind. House is surrounded by forest from the front and separated from neighbours from both sides. It provides more privacy for our Cosmos Owners.
Будинок прихований і вильотний водночас. Ми обрали планування у вигляді вигнутої букви “П”. Таке рішення обумовлено рельєфом та кліматичними умовами. Через вітри виникла необхідність створити внутрішній захищений простір. Це додає приватності нашим Космічним Господарям: із фронтальної частини будинок оточений лісом, а по бокам відокремлений від сусідів.
The space is divided into five zones that open gradually. The first zone is the entrance group, which includes a garage, technical premises and a corridor. Then we enter the living room – the heart of the house – where you can sit around the fire, and the kitchen area, which overlooks the terrace.
The third area is the terrace that connects the whole house. It starts in the middle of the room and combines an indoor kitchen with a terrace and an outdoor fireplace. Then we can access the SPA zone in the centre of the house which ends with a pool that stands on a console. It is the extreme point of the terrace and gives the feeling that the whole house is surrounded by water.
The next one is the SPA zone. It includes a jacuzzi, sauna and gym. This area also separates the most private and intimate areas of the bedrooms.
The large interior space between the left and right wings deserves special attention. It is located almost in the middle and provides the cosmos view. If you open the windows in the living room in warm weather, the area of the terrace expands significantly and becomes twice as large. It is ideal to overlook the sun hiding in the tops of mountains.

Простір поділений на п’ять зон які відкриваються поступово. Перша зона —це вхідна група, яка включає гараж, технічні приміщення та коридор. Далі ми проходимо у кухню та вітальню — серце дому із максимально вильотною частиною вітальні, в якій можна сидіти навколо вогню та зону кухні, яка виходить на терасу.
Третя зона — це тераса, яка об’єднує весь дім. Вона починається посередині помешкання та поєднує внутрішню кухню із терасою та зовнішнім каміном. Далі дає нам доступ до SPA-зони у центрі дому та завершується вильотним басейном. Він є крайньою точкою тераси і дарує відчуття того, що весь дім є оточений водою.
Зона номер чотири — це SPА. Включає джакузі, сауну та спортивний зал. Ця територія відділяє також найбільш приватну та інтимну територію спалень.
Our Cosmos Owners appreciate water and it’s important for them to feel it regardless of the season. In summer, the pool is responsible for restoring water balance. It is located on the edge of the terrace, so the water basin frames the whole house. In the cold season, our clients enjoy the water in SPA overlooking the mountains. There you can observe how the seasons change, how the greenery of summer turns into an orange palette of autumn, and then nature is covering itself with the white blanket of winter.

Нашим Космічним Господарям є важливим відчуття води, незалежно від пори року. Влітку за відновлення водного балансу відповідає басейн. Він розташований на краю тераси — фактично плесо води обрамляє весь будинок. У холодну пору відчуття води дарує SPA із видом на гори. Тут можна спостерігати як змінюються один за одним сезони, зелень літа переходить у оранжеву палітру осені, а потім закутується у біле покривало зими.
