2022년 3월, 아폴론이머시브웍스는 부산 광안리 해변에 준공된 최고급 럭셔리 주거공간 1층 로비에 초현실적이며 거대한 큐브 형태의 미디어아트를 설치하였습니다. 해당 건축이 많은 사람들이 방문하는 부산의 광안리 해변 바로 앞에 위치하는 만큼, 아폴론은 해당 미디어 아트가 건축 공간의 랜드마크로서 자리매김하고 더욱 많은 사람들에게 공공예술을 제공하며 더불어 포토존 역할까지 할 수 있도록 디자인했습니다.
In March 2022, Apollon Immersive Works placed a large and surreal cube-shaped media art installation on the 1st lobby floor of a luxury residential property at Gwangalli Beach in Busan. As the architecture is located right in front of Gwangalli Beach in Busan, having lots of floating population, Apollon designed and placed the media art to become an outstanding landmark that brings public art to more people and serves as a photo zone spot as well.
Spatial Design
큐브는 공중에 떠있는 듯한 초현실적 장면을 연출하고자 원형 화강석판과 정육면체의 형태를 결합해 입체적으로 디자인 되었으며, LED 디스플레이의 전면 3면과 스테인리스 스틸의 후면 3면의 조합은 상호반사를 통해 큐레이팅 된 아트 콘텐츠에 확장된 공간감을 불어 넣어서 보는 이로 하여금 여러 각도에서 다양한 감상을 느낄 수 있도록 구성했습니다.
A three-dimensional cube is designed to create a surreal scene that seems floating in the air by combining a rounded marble stone and regular hexahedron structure. In particular, assembling the three front surfaces of the LED screen and the three black sides of stainless steel together expands the depth in space of each media art content, so that people can view it from different angles and feel various emotions.

아폴론은 해당 미디어 큐브에 부산 바다의 푸른 물결과 광안리 해변의 역동성을 모티브로 삼아 제작된 생명력 있는 바다를 담아낸 데이터 비주얼라이제이션 콘텐츠, 무한히 반복되는 자연 풍경의 비디오 그래픽 아트 콘텐츠, 그리고 아름다운 색채의 흐름을 표현한 플루이드 아트 콘텐츠 등 여러 미디어 아티스트들의 선별된 작품들을 큐레이팅 했습니다.
The various media art content, transmitted on LED screens are selectively curated by Apollon under the theme of blue waves and the dynamic of Gwangalli beach in Busan, consists of data visualization content that captures the vitality of the sea, video graphic art content of infinitely repeating nature scenery, and fluid art content that expresses the flow of beautiful waves.
