Hauser Company Stores acquired this building to house their new flagship location in downtown Toronto.   This former publishing and printing warehouse was converted into a gym and martial arts studio prior to Hauser obtaining the building for their Toronto headquarters.  The building consists of a furniture and accessories showroom on the main and lower levels, with the contract seating studio on the second level which has merchandise focused toward urban planners, designers, and architects.
