The ChibiKart was a project that centered around building a race cart using an Instructables guide with modifications in order to race them. The project was done with Aidan Paul and Malynn Price. Some key moments in the building process involved the acrylic paneling shattering mid-race and some very frustrating hours adjusting the brakes. Some adjustments were made like adding a stopper on the gas pedal, as after a certain point the motors would stop turning and changing the fragile acrylic panel to a wooden one. Overall, the process was fun, and as long as the instructions were carefully read it was a smooth process. Our cart got the highest marks on build quality and was one of the fastest on the track.
