Carnival Project
This project is based on a carnival or circus poster. I decided that I would make my poster scary because I am not a big fan of clowns or circus's.

For my background I chose a vintage brown paper to create the creepy ambiance. I then found a stock image of a scary clown face which would work as the centerpiece of my poster.
I placed the clown face in the middle of my poster and lowered the opacity to 55% in order to make the rest of the designs I was going to add stand out.
I used a downloadable font set to find an image I could use to fill the rest of the background. These clowns dancing have a creepy look and decided it would fit perfect. I placed the image into photoshop, used a magnetic lasso to select the picture and selected its inverse in order to separate the bodies from their original background.

I then defined the image as a brush set a placed them around the clown face to add more creepy detail.
I then added a banner using adobe illustrator and a font kit I downloaded. I selected the banner and used the paint bucket brush to turn the banner red to depict blood.
I then downloaded a text font that would mimic the dripping of blood to make it look scarier. I used the pen tool to set a curved pathway for my text and then used the text tool and a 22 text size to write out " Evil Circus Show"
Lastly I used the brush set I had defined earlier to add more detail to some empty spaces.
Again, I used the pen tool to create a pathway for my text.
Using the text tool and dripping blood font in a size 20, I wrote "Enter If You Dare" to create a sense of worry.
