The premise of this project is to connect users to anyone that is in their customized circles and allow them to be updated on important yearly events in their life that they chose to share with you. It also gives users a look into other users they connect withs amazon wishlist for potential birthday gifts and much more.
Brigade Mobile App User Flow
Brigade is a mobile app that allows employees to comunicate between eachother with secure NSA encryptions. Set geo locations and only allow certain people to see your message if they are in a certain mileage radius.

Pizza Hut POS Tablet Design
As we all know most employee POS systems are outdated and are getting undercut. Startup POS systems like Paypal and Square. Pizza Hut was a client of ours that realized this and wanted to make their POS system experience very simple yet effective enough to handle multiple orders at once. What we did was take their current POS system and gave it a complete makeover. My team and I interviewed current Pizza Hut employees and got down to the core of what their day and ordering process is usually like. The key to success with this was knowing exactly what goes on during the ordering process and how we can take that and simplify it to cut down time on taking orders. After all faster order times means a faster order process which means happier customers and what matters the most is customer satisfaction.
7-Eleven Customer Journey Research and Concepts
I was recruited to help out with a fire at Bottlerocket. Their client was 7-Eleven and they were looking to improve their customer experience in store. This was a great project, we had full freedom to research and find the right problems to solve. We landed on a few concepts that are shown below.
Texas Legends NBA Gatorade League Team
The sports world has taken the mobile platform and ran with it, bringing exclusive content to users that allows them the experience of feeling closer to the team than ever before. The Texas Legends wanted to capitalize on this opportunity. We created the ultimate experience for a fan with their application. We took the exact same approach that we have taken with previous successful projects with taking data from current sports apps and making the experience a ton better. Also taking the fans perspective on what a great sports mobile app intel. With all that information we couldn't wait to tackle this project. Combining live game broadcasts, an interactive fan experience and real-time statistical information I feel we have created the best fan experience possible.
