Corning Pharmaceutical is an industrial glass manufacturer in Vineland, NJ who came to MMPF with the opportunity to design an addition and renovation to their aging guardhouse. The original guardhouse, built in the early 20th century, was not designed with today's security technology in mind. Along with security concerns, including the newly adopted Covid-19 temperature scanner technology, the company wanted to update the exterior of the building to bring new life to one of the first buildings visitors and employees see on the campus.
