A $15 million 5 year district-wide plan for future additions, renovations and new construction to a number of elementary, middle and high schools in the Buena Regional School District included a large variety of program and project requirements. Working with the school district, and based on future population data and existing conditions surveys of
the schools in the district, an extremely detailed plan was developed.

Multiple schools in the district will be getting brand new or improved athletic fields and parking based future needs assessments as well as various other site improvements including upgrading water retention basins, repainting or repaving existing asphalt parking, replacing damaged concrete walks and more. Additionally many of the schools interiors
would be reprogrammed or fitted out based on the needs of the schools. Additions include a new gymnasiums and auditoriums for Milanesi and JP Cleary Elementary Schools, new wrestling, aerobics and weights rooms at Buena Regional High School while all five schools in the district would be receiving various types and levels of interior renovation.
