This piece was created for an open assignment that dealt with the subject of Flea Markets.  My interested in pattern and color play, along with my memories of attending such events in my youth, lead me to create this pattern based illustration.

Process for this piece included several versions of sketching and preplanning.  I wanted to make sure I was able to capture the amount of motion and intersecting stories that are so characteristic of Flea Markets - at least from my perspective.
