Client needed a compelling, eye-catching direct mail piece that clearly spelled out the benefits of switching to Lexis Advance.

Created a bold, iconic postcard mailer with a strong personal statement and clear benefits that spoke directly to the potential customer.
 
CHALLENGE 
Needed to create awareness of Sanction Litigation Presentation software to specialized (small) law firms who still primarily rely on Powerpoint for trial presentations. This audience required a more fun, compelling direct mail piece that emphasized cost savings, a big pain point for smaller firms. 

SOLUTION
Created direct mail piece with a fun, "capture the jury's attention" theme. Less copy heavy than large law version, meant to be read and digested quickly by busy specialized law customers.
 
CHALLENGE 
One of the biggest fears small law attorneys have is opening up their legal research invoice each month and finding out that what they thought they spend - isn't. The team wanted to create a peice that clearly communicated our transparent pricing.
 
SOLUTION
Created a sales leave behind about how opening their legal research invoice no longer had to be "scary" with transparent pricing from LexisNexis. Played off the scary theme as the piece was distributed in October, just as they were receiving invoices from thier current provider.
 
CHALLENGE
Convince new and existing customers to come into Instant Tax Service locations for a loan based on the amount of their expected tax refund. 
 
SOLUTION
Created direct mail piece which included a "cash card" on which the amount of their loan would be deposited once they brought it into the location. Used successfully in other industries, such as auto and bank loans, this method also proved successful in the tax preparation industry and achieved a response rate of nearly 22%. 
CHALLENGE
Convince existing customers to upgrade to new version of CaseMap software. Customers loved the product passionately, but rarely saw a need to upgrade when the time came. 

SOLUTION
"Love letter" from the product telling customer how much they'd changed in response to customer's feedback - so the product could have a more fulfilling relationship with them. Resulted in 10% increase in software upgrades, and one memorable customer calling up their sales rep saying they didn't feel they were getting enough "love" and wanted to take advantage of the "Love offer." 
CHALLENGE
Hosted litigation customers on in the western U.S. wanted a data hosting facility closer to home for both decreased lag and peace of mind due to continuing east coast weather issues. We needed to create a campaign that raised awareness of our new ability to host their data closer to home. 
 
SOLUTION
Created a direct mail campaign which included a casual, informative letter and map takeaway. We wanted to create something valuable that they would keep, and a map of local attractions in the Scottsdale, Arizona area felt like the perfect fit. We were able to both raise awareness of our new capability and create a memorable takeaway.
