We needed to put a fresh face on our legacy solutions to increase readability, click-throughs, and sales on our corporate site. These public facing pages needed to more accurately mirror the look and feel of our updated products, too.
 
Solution
Worked side-by-side with digital, product and design teams to craft lighter, more powerful copy that drove real results, including:

CHALLENGE
The Land of Illusion "Scream Park" needed to upgrade its flash-based website to be i-Device friendly. They also sought to build a wider mythos around the park which emphasized its "haunted" history.
 
SOLUTION
Worked with design team to upgrade the website to Wordpress and created "scream-themed" copy for each section. To help build the park's haunted history, created short story summaries of each of the park's attractions.

CHALLENGE
COPP Integrated Systems required a clear, compelling and easily navigatable website to provide concise product information for its business customers and communicate its unique place in the market as an experienced design-build firm with a deep, rich history in the industry.

SOLUTION
Created concise copy which spoke to customer painpoints and requirements for each industry COPP serves. Developed detailed product descriptions and communicated the company's design-build capabilities in simple, readable prose.

CHALLENGE
Onsite cash ATMs are used widely in scrap yards to deliver cash to customers without requiring onsite staff to keep a lot of cash on hand. EZ Tax Cash ATMs wanted to introduce this technology to tax preparation offices. This would require a website that both explained the concept behind the ATMs as well as the benefits to customers - which included tax offices and their clients.
 
SOLUTION
Created simple, easy to read, SEO optimized website which clearly communicated the EZ Cash ATM concept and its benefits. Also created a quick video script to visually communicate how the concept worked.

CHALLENGE 
Hartzell Propellers got its start about the same time as the Wright Brothers. As the leaders in propeller and propeller component manufacturing, they needed a website that communicated their long history of expertise and extensive product line without being overwhelming. 
 
SOLUTION
Created comprehensive copy covering product types, company history, and customer benefits by customer type. Extensive website which required deep research into aviation industry.

CHALLENGE
Instant Insurance provides affordable insurance plans to low-income individuals. They required an online presence which gave compelling information about the products that they offered and drove consumers to contact sales agents.

SOLUTION
Worked with design team to create easy-to-read, user friendly website with compelling policy information and quick-click CTAs. This website helped to successfully launch the business. Sales representatives were pleased with the site and requested additional in-house brochures with expanded product details. 
 
CHALLENGE
NCBTMB, a licensing board for massage therapists and bodyworkers, needed a more open and welcoming tone, look and feel for its website. Feedback from members indicated that the voice of the brand needed to evolve.

SOLUTION
Softened brand voice to be more pleasant and conversational, while clearly communicating the board's continued commitment to excellence in the field.

CHALLENGE
Graceworks Lutheran Services is a trusted provider of assisted living and senior residential communities. However, as they increased the number of their services, their website became more difficult to navigate. Graceworks required a web presence which more clearly explained and differentiated their services to help elderly, low-income individuals and their caretakers find the information they needed quickly. 

SOLUTION
Created clear, compelling copy for websites covering each of Graceworks' major divisions: their main website at Graceworks.org, residential services at http://www.graceworks.org/residential-services/, Bethany Village http://www.bethanylutheranvillage.org/, affordable housing services http://www.graceworksaffordablehousing.org/, and assisted care http://www.graceworksenhancedliving.org/. Also removed and/or reorganized copy sections and topics to ensure content was laid out in a way that was more user-friendly. 
 
CHALLENGE
The Specialized Law segment, catering to legal solutions for single and duo firms, needed a central communication hub for various marketing campaigns throughout 2015. This robust site needed to include resources, testimonials, quizzes, and competitive information that could sway new customers to switch to LexisNexis solutions while acting as a resource center for existing customers.

SOLUTION
Working with the marketing and digital teams, we created a website that met all the team's criteria, housing an engaging quiz, testimonials, and resources, all bound up with confident, clear language and clean design
