I have fallen hopelessly and unexpectedly in love with this fascinating country. It's a wonderful place, though not without its problems. We have visited many times over the last three years and each time it's an absoloute joy. From the Capital, Kiev, and on the train journey to our base in Lviv, Western Ukraine, and further to the snowy Carpathian mountains, here are a few examples.
