I’m delighted to share this recent work with you through my painting ”Evening ocean shoal” I painted this on Saturday, and It is the second in a new series exploring the spirit of adventure in all of us. Distant shores, great voyages and quiet moments of joy on reflection of the wonders of our world.
The lilac sky cast its lavender glow over the restless evening seas. From the deck she watched the dark shapes of the waves, ever changing as the shadows moved and shifted.
From the shadows other shapes appeared then were gone. More appeared then moved beneath again. Now they returned in greater numbers, a shoal coming to bask in the day’s last violet glow. Soon they would retire to the depths for the night and continue their journey at first light again...
