This proposal for a police station in Accra, Ghana deals with victims of human trafficking. The building embraces a very delicate relationship between public and private space. It offers a safe haven for victims while secret detectives meet in the courtyard. A 300-seater auditorium, a criminology research department, public training spaces and a press room support the facility to create a new typology for police stations.

The form is generated from a programmatic analysis where police procedures are rearranged into seperated laboratories which all plug into a central intelligence hub.
