Brainwave was a Science magazine for kids from the house of Amar Chitra Katha. Being a children’s magazine, the content has to be treated in a fun and engaging manner but not at the cost of using the clichés and dumbing down the content. As an illustrator and publication designer, one has to try and merge the two together to create pages that lend variety to the magazine and exhibit theme of each issue visually.
