Yesterday, a couple, Mr. and Mrs.Mitchell and their two elder children died instantly in a car crash. The vehicle was driven by Lewis Kili, he explained that he was passing through Fraserville and crashed into his 12-ton bulldozer the same time that John Mitchell and his wife, Laura, were driving to their home in Peterborough yesterday afternoon. Finally, the police officers say they will not charge him with any offence and was also taken to the hospital and treated for shock but was later allowed home.
