The coastal districts of the Netherlands are planning/designing their coast, drafting the concerning regulations (nature-,building-, coastal reinforcement-wise), and developing the identity of their coastal villages.
These plans and ideas are brought together in the “National Vision Coast” of the Dutch Ministry of Infra and Environment. As part of this Vision I created various images which highlight several subjects. (in cooperation with Atelier 1:1, Nijmegen, final layout created by Beautiful Minds, Amsterdam)
The different subjects and ideas which are discussed, do or do not overlap, cross, interfere, or amplify each other. To create a clear overall image, each subject is visualized in a “coastline” and then all are arrayed. In this manner the subjects can be compared and / or connected with each other.
