The idea behind 'Anandi Learning Spaces' is to transform an outdoor space at Jeevandhara school in Pune for underprivileged special needs students into an interactive learning environment.
This space would integrate multiple therapies used to help the students develop basic skills enabling them to live independent lives without having to rely on anyone, which is the major expectation of the families from the students.
In depth research right from studying the current curriculum to finding out the best therapies and learning methods have been implemented in Anandi spaces. It would contribute to SDG 4 on Quality Education by bringing more special needs students back into schools and providing equal opportunities to all.
