This project is a fictional re-brand of Braum's Ice Cream and Dairy Stores, a popular fast food restaurant with locations in Oklahoma, Kansas, and Missouri. Each Braum's location features a Grill, a Fresh Market and an Ice Cream Shop. Braum's is most proud of its scrumptious ice cream, giant hamburgers, dairy fresh milk, fresh baked goods, and fresh market meats and produce. The re-brand includes a new logo, new packaging, an icon system, new stationery, promotional items, and an Identity System Manual. This new branding is intended to highlight the traditional, hometown feel of the restaurant but with a more modern air of sophistication. The colors are a more pastel, lighter version of the restaurant's origInal colors. Another goal of the re-brand was to promote the versatility and variety that Braum's offers by increasing awareness, using icons, color coding and promotional reusable grocery totes, of all that Braum's has to offer.
