This project is a fictional re-brand of Blackfish, a popular restaurant owned by Chef Chip Roman, which is located in Conshohocken, PA. Guests can enjoy a daily changing a la carte menu, plus tasting menus ranging from five to seven courses. The re-brand encompasses an added descriptor to the name, a brand new logo, and two promotional items: beverage bags and coasters, which feature a set of beverage icons. The promotional items were chosen because the restaurant is a BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle) style restaurant.
