wirDesign developed an illustration style for the VR Payment brand – a financial service provider of the cooperative financial group Volks- und Raiffeisenbanken.

The illustration style is closely linked to the brand and at the same time adaptable to the most diverse requirements. Complex themes and a wide range of stories can therefore be told in a modular and individual way.

To develop the illustration style, we examined the character of the brand, the tonality and its positioning. Furthermore, we examine the individual brand codes - i.e. design elements such as colour, font, design language and the colon with which the brand structures headlines and texts. All these parameters form the starting point for the concise illustration style.
