KOF Regard – Work freely
The metamorphosis of the "KOF" company into the "KOF Regard" brand is a visual representation of an established position on the local market.
The owner expected our support in adjusting the brand's image to the stage of the company's development and creating a modern, distinctive brand aesthetics.
The key stage for the achieved result was the audit of the brand's environment, which allowed to make adequate designing decisions, making the new image effectively remembered by recipients.
We decided that the current name "KOF", which is an Polish acronym for "Comprehensive Company Service", does not create proper associations. That is why we proposed to expand this name with a phrase that will communicate the benefits of the brand and make it more distinctive in itself.
In the naming process, we selected the English word "Regard" which means to consider something, look at something, but also respect and esteem - which perfectly relates to the nature of the services. A big advantage of this name is its ease of pronunciation, but also the fact that it is often used in English-language e-mail footers as a greeting and an expression of our respect for the recipient - "Best regards".
In addition to the name creation, our operations also included designing the brand's description and its slogan:
which is a functional and emotional value for each person.
At the logo designing stage, we decided that we should distinguish the brand by using a completely non-standard approach to creating a brand's sign. The concept symbolizes giving companies a vetting ability in terms of their security.
We wanted the "KOF Regard" brand to gain a highly characteristic but simple concept of key visual. That is why we decided to expand a gradient from the logo on visual identity materials, and use it to create a series of pictograms relating to the company's offer.
The rebranding process was crowned with the website, which is one of the main channels for acquiring customers. By designing the right content architecture, the brand guides the recipients, prompting them to take specific actions.
