THE CONNECTORY: ACOUSTICS AT IDE
As part of the refurbishment team at ide I was given the task of coming up with an acoustic solution for the meeting rooms and directors' offices. The project involved researching and experimenting with different products on the market, consultation with suppliers and acoustic consultants, and several iterations of design. We finally landed on using Instyle's 50mm boards, for which I designed a clever cutting pattern. The boards were cut into 6 shards, which I rearranged and highlighted with a bright colour - in order to create a unique look for each room.
