THE 4 MOUNTAIN RANGES OF GRENOBLE
Simplified topographical map of the Grenoble area, only showing the four mountain ranges closest to the city: Chartreuse, Vercors, Belledonne and Taillefer.
Starting from a detailed map, a process of filtering (one line every 100 m), simplification and smoothening of the contour lines was performed. The urban areas were extracted performing a binary heat map of building concentration.
