The sci-fi Frontera/Border

Project's program has been invaded with several concepts to be annulled itself. Different ideas that create a landscape-scenario: "IN/OUT" and letting the act of crossing turn into a surreal event, forming the sci-fi frontier, a 'border crossing/security checkpoint' in the middle of the desert.

A 'Topos'-wave  vs.  'Tectonic'-body.

Program-data: The building shall give service to an estimate ratio of 10% of the user in the nearest crossing point at the city of El Paso Texas =       1,015 users/hour  = 101 users = 5 (Binary System)

Five planes give shape to the ground surface, emerging and penetrating the rigid parallelepiped that transforms into a blob. - Is this project a 'sloped-bridge' or a 'void-tunnel'?  The building experience can be described as crossing from the Mexican side of the border starting from ground level and moving 'up' into the USA (overlooking both countries separated by men), getting inside the deformed box and being filtered before going down again to reality; or from the opposite side, when being in the USA side going away while dropping down below ground level (crossing the void of the two worlds), to finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel.
