Phil Pulaski started his career as an engineer working for the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Region 2 located at 26 federal Plaza, NY, NY. He worked with other dedicated and talented engineers on projects involving computer modeling of natural water systems and construction of wastewater treatment plants. During his four years with the US Environmental Protection Agency, Phil Pulaski concurrently attended Saint John’s University Law School at night building upon the Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering and Master of Science degree in environmental engineering he received from Manhattan College, Bronx NY.

After graduating from law school in June 1980 and passing the NY State Bar Examination in July 1980, Phil Pulaski became a NY City Police Officer in September 1980. After graduating from the Police Academy and completing his field training, he was assigned to the 77th Precinct in Bedford Stuyvesant Brooklyn. During his more than 33 years with the NYPD, Phil Pulaski managed patrol, investigative, counterterrorism and other public safety operations. He retired as Chief of Detectives in March 2014.
