Miss Catrina is a project created by Stephany Marlene evolving to be a movement that promotes artistic expression, paying homage to Day of the Dead commemorating "La Catrina" during each day of November using #catrinavember in social networks.
💀 🌼 🕯In my career as a self-taught Visual Artist, the Catrinas have been my lucky charm and along with this project an Artistic proposal is born in which a human body - transcends - a skeleton. Fortunately, I had the opportunity to take Miss Catrina to the United States and Japan with the purpose of being known our beautiful Mexican tradition in which death and skeletons can be synonyms of elegance. 💀 🌼 🕯
